This paper discusses and analyzes the measurement error caused by wear of measuring point when the three-point contact is used to measure the inner diameter. The error of the measurement error is larger than that of the three-point measurement position. The article lists the calculation of the measurement error caused by the wear of the measuring contact in the typical case of measuring the inner hole of the workpiece. And explains how to control the maximum limit contact radius of the arc probe to obtain the ideal measurement.
