本文通过对“能本管理”在企业人力资源管理中应用的探讨,以期引起众多企业采取“能本管理”的模式来提高管理水平,为企业减负增效夯实基础。
In this paper, we discuss the application of “energy management” in the human resource management in order to cause many enterprises to adopt the “energy management” model to improve the management level and lay a solid foundation for enterprises to reduce their negative potentials and increase their efficiency.
