针对汽车前桥空心短轴类零件的热挤压成形,考虑模具材料硬度与温度变化的相关性,模拟研究了模具预热温度、坯料加热温度、挤压速度、摩擦系数等对模具磨损量的影响规律,得到了各参数对表面硬度、磨损量影响的规律曲线,发现了成形过程中模具的易损部位,分析得到了降低模具磨损的最优工艺参数组合,同时提出了提高模具实际使用寿命的措施。研究结果对于提高热挤压模具寿命,具有指导意义。
