目的:研究增液汤的降糖作用及其作用途径。方法:采用正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶(70mg·kg-1)诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠,连续给药7d后,观察增液汤水提物(5,10,15mg·kg-1)对血糖、口服糖耐量、血清胰岛素水平和体重的影响;采用MIN6胰岛细胞观察增液汤水提物(12.5,25,50,100μg·mL-1)对胰岛素分泌的影响。结果:增液汤可明显降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,改善正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量,促进胰岛素分泌;增液汤水提物在高糖(16.7mmol·L-1)环境下能够明显促进MIN6胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素。结论:增液汤能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,改善正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量,其作用机制可能与促进胰岛素的分泌有关,与磺酰脲类降糖药的作用途径不同。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Zengye Decoction and its mechanism of action. Methods: Diabetic mice induced by normal and alloxan (70 mg · kg-1) were treated with continuous infusion for 7 days. The effects of water extract (5, 10 and 15 mg · kg-1) Oral glucose tolerance, serum insulin and body weight. The effect of water extract (12.5,25,50,100μg · mL-1) on insulin secretion was observed by MIN6 islet cells. Result: Zengloupang can obviously reduce the blood sugar of diabetic mice, improve the glucose tolerance of normal mice and diabetic mice, and promote insulin secretion. CONCLUSION: Zengloupang can reduce the blood sugar of diabetic mice and improve the glucose tolerance of normal mice and diabetic mice. Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of insulin secretion, which is different from that of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents.
