2002年7月,宋庆龄基金会应邀派代表团参加了在斯洛伐克共和国举办的“2002年欧洲科技展”。随团前往参加这次科技展的5名学生代表为文昌戟(湖南省长沙市九中)、刘梦园(上海市闵行中学)、肖强胜(湖北省武汉市光华学校)、陈立先(浙江省杭州市二中)和徐子曦(辽宁省实验学校)。中国青少年这次参展的科技作品尽管没有获奖,但得到了欧盟评委的充分肯定和一致好评。
In July 2002, the Soong Ching Ling Foundation was invited to send a delegation to participate in the “2002 European Science and Technology Exhibition” held in the Slovak Republic. The five students who traveled with the delegation to participate in this science and technology exhibition were Wen Changfu (Nine in Changsha, Hunan Province), Liu Mengyuan (Shanghai Minhang Middle School), Xiao Qiangsheng (Guanghua Guanghua School in Wuhan, Hubei Province), and Chen Lixian (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province). Although the Chinese science and technology works of young people participating in this exhibition did not win awards, they were fully affirmed and praised by the EU jury.
