幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、以及胃腺癌的主要致病因子,Cag致病岛、尿素酶、空泡毒素VacA等毒力因子均可促进胃上皮细胞损伤,但Hp与上皮细胞膜的交互作用如何促进细胞凋亡仍不十分清楚。为此,作者采用不同Hp株与肠上皮细胞(IEC)T84共育。由于T84细胞同时表达Fas和FasL,而胃上皮细胞只表达Fas,且在cas-pase途径的激活和IL-8分泌方面,T84细胞与胃上
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a major cause of gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer, and gastric adenocarcinoma. Cag pathogenicity island, urease, vacuolar toxin VacA and other virulence factors can promote gastric epithelial cell injury, However, it remains unclear how Hp interacts with the epithelial cell membrane to promote apoptosis. To this end, the authors used a different Hp strain co-cultured with intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) T84. Since T84 cells express both Fas and FasL, while gastric epithelial cells express Fas only, and T84 cells are associated with gastric uptake in activation of the caspase pathway and secretion of IL-8
