全球贸易格局正在改变,中国自身的改革和发展已刻不容缓。自贸试验区正是在这种情况下建立,在为发展提供动力的同时,也带来一系列值得思考的新课题,包括知识产权海关保护制度。本文透过自贸试验区可能涉及的知识产权海关保护问题,提出解决措施,不仅有利于自贸试验区内贸易的健康发展,也有利于塑造我国积极主动同国际接轨保护知识产权的良好形象。
The global trade pattern is changing. China’s own reform and development have become imperative. It is in this context that the FTA has been established. While providing impetus to development, it also brings a series of new topics worth considering, including the customs protection system of intellectual property rights. This article proposes solutions to the issue of customs protection of IPRs that may be involved in the pilot free trade zone, which is not only conducive to the healthy development of trade within the free trade zone, but also conducive to shaping a good image of our country in proactively international protection of intellectual property.
