最近的实验结果表明,J积分可作为弹——塑性平面应变断裂的有效参数。对薄试样或主要为平面应力断裂的试样不存在类似的结论。本研究的目的在于:用金属薄试样作试验研究J积分断裂判据的有效性,在能产生弹——塑性断裂的条件下试验几种合金和三种形状的试样,实验结果表明,每种合金存在一个可用来作为断裂判据的临界J值。
Recent experimental results show that J-integral can be used as an effective parameter for elastic-plastic plane strain fracture. There is no similar conclusion with thin specimens or with specimens mainly of plane stress fracture. The purpose of this study is to test the validity of J-integral fracture criterion with a thin metal specimen and to test several alloys and three kinds of specimens under the conditions of elastic-plastic fracture. The experimental results show that, Each alloy has a critical J value that can be used as a criterion for fracture.
