在中国特色社会主义市场经济的发展模式下,我国资源型企业必须在完成常规生产经营目标的同时更好的履行企业社会责任。在科学发展观的要求下,当前煤炭行业以去产能为抓手推动了行业新一轮的改革。正确理解当前形势下煤炭企业的社会责任成本,深刻理解新一轮行业改革推动企业更好的实现经济效益与社会效益兼顾双赢,把握煤炭行业发展方向,为企业的良性发展提供保障。
Under the mode of development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, resource-based enterprises in our country must fulfill their corporate social responsibility better while completing the objectives of conventional production and operation. In the scientific concept of development requirements, the current coal industry to go as far as production capacity to promote the industry a new round of reform.
