1956年9月20日,陈云在中共八大作了《关于资本主义工商业改造高潮以后的新问题》的报告,深入探讨和分析了社会主义改造过程中所出现的诸多问题,提出了“三个主体、三个补充”经济思想。这个思想有着深刻的理论内涵,对反思当时高度集中的计划经济体制有着十分重要的意义,时至今日,重温陈云经济思想对我们当前的经济建设工作依然有着重要的启示意义。
On September 20, 1956, Chen Yun made a report entitled “New Problems after the Climax of Capitalist Industrial and Commercial Transformation” at the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and thoroughly discussed and analyzed many problems that emerged during the process of socialist transformation. He proposed “Three The main body, three supplements ”economic thought. This thought has profound theoretical connotation and is of great significance to reflect on the highly centralized planned economy system of that time. Up to now, reviewing Chen Yun’s economic thinking still has important implications for our current economic construction.
