目的 :探讨膀胱癌中树突细胞 ( DC)和上皮钙粘附素 ( E- cd)的表达及其与生物学行为的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 LSAB法检测 E- cd和 DC。结果 :69例膀胱癌中 35例 E- cd正常表达 ( 50 .7% ) ,2 2例 DC正常表达 ( 31 .9% ) ,E- cd正常表达率在 、 和 级肿瘤中分别为 72 .2 %、65.2 %和 2 5.0 % ,在 Tis~ 1期和 T2~ 4 期肿瘤中分别为 78.8%和 2 5.0 %。 DC正常表达率在 、 和 级肿瘤中分别为 77.8%、34.8%和 0 ,在 Tis~ 1期和 T2~ 4 期肿瘤中分别为 63.6%和 2 .8%。在不同病理分级和临床分期的膀胱癌中 ,E- cd和 DC的正常表达率具有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5)。结论 :E- cd和 DC的正常表达率均随膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期的上升而下降 ,E- cd和 DC正常表达者的肿瘤复发率和死亡率均显著低于异常表达者。E- cd和 DC可作为预测膀胱癌生物学行为的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of dendritic cells (DCs) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in bladder cancer and its relationship with biological behavior. Methods: E-cd and DC were detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method. Results: Of the 69 cases of bladder cancer, 35 were normal expression of E-cadherin (50.7%), 22 were normal expression of DC (31.9%), the normal expression rate of E- 2%, 65.2%, and 5.0% respectively, which were 78.8% and 25.0% in Tis ~ 1 and T2 ~ 4 tumors respectively. The normal expression rates of DCs were 77.8%, 34.8% and 0% respectively in grade 1 tumors and 63.6% and 2.8% in Tis ~ 1 and T2 ~ 4 tumors, respectively. In different pathological grades and clinical stages of bladder cancer, normal expression rates of E-cd and DC were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The normal expression rate of E-cd and DC both decreased with the increase of clinical stage and the pathological grade of bladder cancer. The recurrence rate and mortality rate of normal E-cd and DC were significantly lower than those of abnormal expression. E-cd and DC can be used as predictors of biological behavior of bladder cancer.
