眼下,人们谈到人才的选拔使用,往往以“用人不疑、疑人不用”表示自己的果敢。笔者认为,这种用人的观念固然有它的道理,但也有值得商榷之处。先说“疑人不用”。其义是对一个人有怀疑的地方就不可使用。实事上,我们对一种事物、一个人的了解,都经历了一个由生疏到熟悉的过程,而存在疑惑的心理,说明对某个人不了解或者不完全了解。如若仅凭直观印象,而不多方考究其内在的实力,对于确有一定能力的人,岂不误人前程?再说“用人不疑”。事物总是发展变化的,人的成长也是如此。如若对一个人仅仅偏重使用,而忽视了监督管理,就很难把人选准用好。前不久,笔者到一家私营企业参观,走进那高大宽敞的厂
