目的了解漯河市农村土壤中蛔虫卵污染状况。方法按照国家农村环境卫生调查方案的要求,连续5年采集不同农村的土壤,硝酸盐漂浮法检测土壤中的蛔虫卵。结果 100份土壤样品中蛔虫卵检出率和活卵检出率分别为40.0%和9.0%;蔬菜作物土壤和粮食作物土壤中蛔虫卵检出率分别为79.5%、14.6%,活卵检出率分别为17.9%、3.3%;沙土、壤土和粘土中蛔虫卵检出率分别为76.3%、20.7%和15.2%,活卵检出率分别为18.4%、3.4%和3.0%;改厕农村和未改厕农村土壤中蛔虫卵检出率分别为26.0%、40.7%,活卵检出率分别为1.4%、29.6%;养殖业垃圾无害化处理农村和未无害化处理农村土壤中蛔虫卵检出率分别为18.9%、69.0%,活卵检出率分别为3.4%、16.7%。蛔虫卵检出率差异除了不同厕所类型农村无统计学意义外(P>0.05),不同年份、不同农作物种植类型、不同土壤质地和养殖业垃圾不同处理方式农村有统计学意义(P<0.05);活卵检出率差异除不同年份无统计学意义外(P>0.05),不同农作物种植类型、不同土壤质地、不同厕所类型和养殖业垃圾不同处理方式农村有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论漯河市部分农田受到蛔虫卵污染,需要进一步加强农村环境卫生工作,降低居民感染蛔虫的风险。
Objective To understand the status of roundworm egg contamination in rural soil in Luohe City. Methods In accordance with the requirements of the National Rural Environmental Health Surveillance Program, the soil of different rural areas was collected for 5 consecutive years and the Ascaris eggs in the soil were detected by the nitrate floating method. Results The detection rates of ascaris eggs and live eggs in 100 soil samples were 40.0% and 9.0%, respectively. The detection rates of ascaris eggs in vegetable soil and grain crops were 79.5% and 14.6% The rates of Ascaris eggs in sand, loam and clay were 76.3%, 20.7% and 15.2%, respectively. The detection rates of live eggs were 18.4%, 3.4% and 3.0% respectively. And unwashed rural soil ascaris eggs were detected in 26.0%, 40.7%, live egg detection rates were 1.4%, 29.6%; Harmless aquaculture garbage treatment in rural and non-decontaminated rural soil The detection rates of Ascaris eggs were 18.9% and 69.0% respectively, and the positive rates of live eggs were 3.4% and 16.7% respectively. The detection rate of ascaris eggs was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) in different types of toilets in rural areas. There were significant differences in different types of crops, different soil texture and different treatment methods of livestock wastes in different years (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the detection rates of live eggs among different years (P> 0.05), different types of crops, different soil texture, different types of toilets, . Conclusion Some farmlands in Luohe County are contaminated with Ascaris eggs, and rural environmental hygiene needs to be further strengthened to reduce the risk of residents becoming infected with roundworms.
