作者与北京制药工业研究所共同研制的利福平眼用药膜剂(简称R.EM),治疗眼外感染性眼病,经临床应用,取得满意效果。1.R.E.M组:共78例,113只眼,其中包括急性、亚急性结膜炎共69只眼;急性睑腺炎36只眼,睑缘炎4只眼,眼睑蜂窝组织炎及皮肤化脓性感染4只眼。年龄5～65岁。每日用药膜2次,于早晚各取一片放置在结膜囊内下穹窿部。2.利福平眼溶液加油膏组:共30例,44只眼,其中急性、亚急性结膜炎28只眼;急性睑腺炎10只眼;睑缘炎6只眼。年龄2～64岁。白天每日点0.1%利福平眼溶液6次,每晚睡前上0.1%利福平油膏一次。
The author and the Beijing Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry co-developed rifampin ophthalmic drug membrane agent (referred to as R.EM), the treatment of extraocular infectious eye disease, clinical application, and achieved satisfactory results. 1. REM group: a total of 78 cases, 113 eyes, including 69 cases of acute and subacute conjunctivitis; 36 cases of acute hordeolum, 4 cases of blepharitis, eyelid cellulitis and purulent skin infection 4 eyes. Age 5 to 65 years old. 2 times a day with the film, in the morning and evening each take a place in the conjunctival sac under the fornix. Rifampicin eye solution plus ointment group: a total of 30 cases, 44 eyes, including acute, subacute conjunctivitis 28 eyes; acute hordeolum 10 eyes; blepharitis 6 eyes. Age 2 to 64 years old. Point daily 0.1% rifampicin eye solution 6 times, 0.1% rifampicin ointment before going to bed every night.
