中国古代钱币文化对世界各国钱币的发展,在几千年的漫长岁月里,扮演了极为重要的角色。今天,考古学家曾经在中亚细亚各国,两河流域、波斯湾地区、尼罗河口至索马里、东非沿岸国家,中南美洲的墨西哥、尼加拉瓜、巴西、秘鲁、圭亚那、智利、加勒比海区域以及西印度群岛等地,均发现过中国古代钱币的影踪。
The ancient Chinese coin culture played an extremely important role in the development of the world’s coins in thousands of years. Today, archeologists have worked in Arctic countries, the two rivers, the Persian Gulf, the Nile estuary to Somalia, the East African coast countries, Central and South America’s Mexico, Nicaragua, Brazil, Peru, Guyana, Chile, the Caribbean and the West Indies And other places, have found the traces of ancient Chinese coins.
