新型城镇化是当前我国社会经济的重要战略和发展方向。新型城镇化建设离不开合理的教育供给。教育供给规划的制定和实施需要充分考虑和分析新型城镇化的特点和建设规律,以满足城镇化建设的人才需求。当前教育供给与市场需求存在失衡现象,职业技术教育由于教育观念落后,教育资源缺乏,生源素质较低等原因,难以培养足够的专业技术人才。因此,我们要转变社会轻视职业技术教育的观念,加强政府资源投入和政策支持,吸纳社会力量共建职业技术教育,完善职业技术教育体制。
The new urbanization is an important strategy and development direction of our country’s social economy at present. New urbanization can not be separated from a reasonable supply of education. The formulation and implementation of education supply planning need to fully consider and analyze the characteristics and construction law of new urbanization in order to meet the demand of talents for urbanization. There is an imbalance between current education supply and market demand. Vocational and technical education can not cultivate enough professional and technical personnel due to backward educational concepts, lack of educational resources and low quality of students. Therefore, we must change the concept of social contempt for vocational and technical education, strengthen government resources and policy support, attract social forces to build vocational and technical education, and improve the vocational and technical education system.
