在氢氟酸介质中用胺浮选长石以前,矿浆预处理条件对药剂消耗具有明显的影响。通过强烈擦洗及随后的脱泥处理,各种共生岩石中长石的浮选行为均受到良好影响。首先,这可能是由于分散了沉积粘附于矿物表面的粘土颗粒,消除了似花岗岩石表面云母连生体及伟晶岩水解变形表面层。其次,浮选结果与加入F~-离子调浆的时间有密切关系。调浆时间长时,大于0.l毫米的粗粒可浮性下降。这种现象是由于大部分表面铝原子的溶解使胺的吸附点减少造成的。
Prior to using amine flotation of feldspar in a hydrofluoric acid medium, the pretreatment conditions of the slurry had a significant effect on the drug consumption. Through intense scrubbing and subsequent desliming treatment, the flotation behavior of various feldspar in symbiotic rocks was well influenced. First of all, this may be due to the dispersion of clay particles deposited on the surface of the mineral, eliminating the mica strands on the granite surface and the hydrolytic deformation surface layer of pegmatite. Secondly, the flotation results are closely related to the time of adding F ~ - ions. Slurry for a long time, more than 0.l mm of coarse floatability. This phenomenon is due to the dissolution of most of the surface aluminum atoms to reduce the adsorption point of the amine.
