为应对城市内涝、径流污染问题以及响应海绵城市建设要求,雨洪调蓄设施受到越来越多的重视。延时调节设施作为一种有效防治城市内涝和径流污染控制的工程技术手段在美国等发达国家已得到较广泛的工程应用,而国内对延时调节设施的研究和应用还很缺乏。系统介绍了延时调节的概念与原理,分析了延时调节设施在城市内涝防治和径流水质控制中的效果,说明了设施基本构造,并总结了延时调节设施的设计方法,为我国在海绵城市建设、排水防涝规划及雨水调蓄系统中合理应用延时调节设施提供参考。
In order to cope with the problems of urban waterlogging, runoff pollution and responding to the sponge city construction requirements, rainwater flood storage facilities are receiving more and more attention. As a kind of engineering and technical means to effectively prevent and control urban waterlogging and runoff pollution, delay adjustment facilities have been widely used in developed countries such as the United States. However, the research and application of delay adjustment facilities in China are still scarce. The concept and principle of delay adjustment are introduced systematically. The effect of delay adjustment facilities on waterlogging prevention and runoff quality control in cities is analyzed. The basic structure of facilities is illustrated. The design methods of delay adjustment facilities are summarized. Urban construction, waterlogging drainage planning and rainwater storage system, a reasonable application delay adjustment facilities provide a reference.
