The third group of countries in the International Association of Architects (South America and North America) has considerable differences in people, ideological trends, and culture. This difference clearly affects the architects, architectural design, and architectural practices of the countries in the region. . Therefore, this article is prepared to discuss only the architectural issues in North America countries that I am more familiar with, especially in the United States. A brief review of the history of the United States will enable us to have a deeper understanding of the changes in the current construction practice.
