天津晓丽女士来信: 我是贵刊一名忠实读者。1999年7月,因外阴常有奇痒、灼痛、白带增多等不适症状,在医院被诊断为念珠菌阴道炎。当时没怎么在意,也没做很好的治疗。2000年10月,我结了婚,婚后一直没要小孩。在未用任何药物治疗念珠菌阴道炎的情况下,2002年6月,我怀孕了。2002年12月又出现了外阴奇痒等症状。请问:念珠菌阴道炎的发病原因是什么?该病对胎儿有影响吗?患该病后,怎样治疗而不影响胎儿呢?
