2013年被称为“史上最难就业年”。纺织类高校毕业生同样面临着就业难的问题。而与此同时,不少纺织企业却高举着招聘的牌子,希望找到合适的人才,两种现象形成鲜明的对比。专家认为,造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,破解就业难与招聘难,需要政府、用人单位、高校都有所作为,通过一些针对性措施,促进就业。毕业生们也应树立积极正确的就业观,根据自身能力和特点理性择业。只有这样,才能形成良性互动,从容解决就业难与招聘难。
2013 was called “the hardest year of employment in history.” Textile college graduates also face the problem of employment difficulties. At the same time, many textile enterprises are holding high the recruitment of brands, hoping to find the right people, the two phenomena in stark contrast. Experts believe that this phenomenon is caused by many factors. It is difficult to crack employment and recruitment. It requires the government, employers and colleges to make a difference and to promote employment through some targeted measures. Graduates should also establish a positive and correct concept of employment, according to their own ability and characteristics of rational employment. Only in this way can we form a benign interaction and ease the difficulty of employment and recruitment.
