运用电子探针-能谱仪复相分离新技术对进口及国产样管的供货态(S30432管、P92管)及持久试样(S30432管)进行了相稳定性的研究。结果表明:国产S30432管供货态的一次碳化物(MX)及二次MX总量高于进口管;其二次MX相的Nb含量低于进口管,且Cr、V含量高于进口管;随着持久试验应力的下降及断裂时间的延长,国产与进口S30432管晶界析出相的Cr含量增加、Nb含量下降;除δ铁素体超量的P92进口管及国产试验Z管以外,其余供货态P92管的化学成分相当;国产P92管的碳化物含量高于进口管,各样管碳化物的Cr、Mo、W含量有差异。
The phase stability of the imported and domestic sample tubes (S30432 tube and P92 tube) and the durable sample (S30432 tube) were investigated by using the new technology of electron probe-EDS. The results show that the total amount of primary carbides (MX) and secondary MX in the domestic S30432 pipe is higher than that of the inlet pipe. The content of Nb in the secondary MX phase is lower than that of the inlet pipe and the content of Cr and V is higher than the inlet pipe. With the decrease of the lasting test stress and the prolongation of the fracture time, the content of Cr in the precipitated phase of the grain boundary of the domestic and imported S30432 increased and the content of Nb decreased. Except for the P92 imported pipe exceeding the amount of δ-ferrite and the domestic test Z pipe, The chemical composition of the P92 pipe is equivalent; the P92 pipe made in China has a higher content of carbides than that of the inlet pipe, and the contents of Cr, Mo and W in the carbides of various pipes are different.
