动臂是挖掘机工作时的主要受力部件,是挖掘机重要的结构件之一,其质量直接影响挖掘机的整体性能、可靠性以及使用寿命。针对S WE90E型履带式液压挖掘机动臂的结构特点和功能要求,通过对其铰接孔的精度要求及原机加工工艺方案进行分析,找到影响动臂机加工效率的主要因素,推导计算各铰接孔的机加工坐标,并将计算式直接编入程序,使加工设备自动获得各铰接孔的坐标,实现多坐标联动自动控制加工。实践证明,该方法可以提高动臂的机加工效率,满足动臂批量化生产需求。
