当前,甘青宁少数民族地区乡村社会流动的主要途径和形式是劳动力外出务工、经商。本文通过田野调查的资料分析了社会流动的文化后果,指出,甘青宁少数民族地区乡村社会流动对于文化的多元发展,对于形成社会成员更为开放的生活方式有着积极的作用。同时,因流动人员文化素质不高所带来的负面影响和流出地文化的长远发展是值得冷静思考应对的问题。 At present, the main ways and forms of rural social mobility in Gansu-Ningxia minority areas are labor migration and business. This article analyzes the cultural consequences of social mobility through the field survey data and points out that rural social mobility in Gan Qingning ethnic minority areas plays a positive role in the diversified development of culture and in forming a more open life style for social members. At the same time, the negative impact brought by the low cultural quality of migrant workers and the long-term development of the outflow culture are issues that should be calmly considered and dealt with.
