师范学校是培养人才的基地。重视和加强社会主义精神文明建设,对于改革师范教育,培养合格小学教师,提高我国基础教育水平,造就四化建设人才有着特别重要的意义。所有学校都要依据党的全国代表会议精神,切实加强理想和纪律教育,加强爱祖国爱人民的教育,帮助学生树立远大的共产主义理想,确立为人民服务的宗旨。这是根本的人生观和道德观。我们一定要从培养新时代需要的人才的高度来认识这个问题的重要性,坚持从实际情况出发,因校制宜,有的放矢,研究科学的教育形式和教育方法,讲求教育效果,提高思想政治教育水平。我们将不断报道各地中师和教师进修学校加强社会主义精神文明建设的经验和成果,欢迎师范教育工作者踊跃来稿。
Normal school is the base of training talents.
