本文根据灰铸铁件凝固特点,运用有限元和差分法,研究了CG6125仪表床身导轨所在的纵向截面上二维温度场和铸造应力场的数值模拟方法。模拟的床身热应力分布与铸造应力现场实测方法相结合,可实现对取消人工时效灰铸铁件铸造应力和质量的工艺控制
Based on the solidification characteristics of gray cast iron, finite element method and finite difference method are used to study the numerical simulation method of two-dimensional temperature field and casting stress field in the longitudinal section of CG6125 instrument bed rail. Simulated bed thermal stress distribution and casting stress field measurement methods combined can be achieved on the artificial aging gray iron castings casting process to reduce the stress and quality control
