我院自2001年实行全院微机联网系统收费管理,对住院病人费用实行一日清单制,即把住院病人每天的检查、治疗、使用的药品,一次性材料费用一一分类,归纳打印送至病人手中,做到账单日日有清单,使病人及家属对自己的花费心中有数,增加了收费的透明度,同时使病人监督我们的工作,以取得病人对我院的信赖,得了广大病人的满意支持和欢迎,但在运行过程中也不断收到病人在费用方面的疑
Our hospital has implemented hospital-wide microcomputer networking system charge management since 2001, and implemented a one-day inventory system for inpatient expenses. That is, the daily check-up, treatment, use of drugs, and one-time material costs are classified one by one. In the hands of the patients, the list of bills was made daily so that the patients and their families were aware of their spending. This increased the transparency of the charges, and at the same time enabled the patient to supervise our work in order to obtain the patient’s trust in our hospital and obtain the satisfaction of the majority of patients.
