分析了激光冲击改善航空铝合金疲劳性能的机理;讨论了涂层及约束层的重要作用。对2024和7475铝合金进行了优化激光冲击试验。结果表明:提高了这些铝合金的疲劳寿命,获得了均匀稳定的位错显微组织和表面残余压应力。
The mechanism of laser shock to improve the fatigue properties of aviation aluminum alloy was analyzed. The important role of coating and constraint layer was discussed. Optimized laser shock tests on 2024 and 7475 aluminum alloys. The results show that the fatigue life of these aluminum alloys is improved and a uniform and stable dislocation microstructure and surface residual compressive stress are obtained.
