80年代,日本企业的经营方针是积极开展新产品的研制,扩大国内市场,加强国际市场的竞争力。 日本企业界认为,在今天的世界经济形势下,促进企业发展的因素有7个,即:扩大设备投资;加强销售能力;充实生产体制;研制新产品;增加品种;加强战略能力;培养人才等。在这7种因素中,被认为最重要的是研制新产品,其次是加强销售能力和战略能力。
