目的了解注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的感觉统合能力状况,为制定ADHD儿童的综合治疗方案提供依据。方法按照美国精神医学会分类与诊断标准第四版(DSM-IV),有关注意缺陷或多动障碍的诊断标准,纳入多动症儿童50例为病例组,从深圳市黄埔小学纳入相应年龄、性别的儿童50例为对照组,进行conner’s父母评估量表、感觉统合评估量表的测定。结果在感觉统合能力量表的8个项目中,除了本体觉项,其余与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注意缺陷多动障碍患儿存在前庭平衡和大脑双侧分化、脑神经生理抑制困难、触觉防御过多及反应不足、发育期运用障碍、视觉空间形态、心绪自我形象不良、最近头晕和行为成绩变坏7个方面的感觉统合异常,可针对性进行感觉统合治疗。
Objective To understand the status of sensory integration in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and provide the basis for formulating the comprehensive treatment plan for children with ADHD. Methods According to the fourth edition of American Society of Psychiatry Classification and Diagnostic Criteria (DSM-IV), diagnostic criteria for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were included in the study. Fifty children with ADHD were enrolled as case group. The corresponding age and sex 50 children as control group, conner’s parental assessment scale, sensory integration assessment scale determination. Results Among the eight items of sensory integration ability scale, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01) except for ontology items. CONCLUSIONS: Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder have vestibular balance and bilateral brain differentiation, difficulty in cerebral neurophysiological inhibition, excessive tactile defensiveness and inadequate response, dysplastic developmental disorders, visual spatial morphology, poor self-image, recent dizziness and behavioral problems Feel worse in seven aspects of sensory integration abnormalities can be targeted sensory integration therapy.
