随着时代的进步,社会的发展,企业对员工的工作素质要求逐渐增加。人力资源正是企业工作进行的核心所在,电力企业同样也是如此。在电力工程进行中,工作人员的素质往往能决定电力生产的效率。电力企业员工的招聘能够直接决定公司人力资源的质量,在企业工作中占据着重要组成部分。本文从电力企业员工的招聘和录用出发,对招聘录用工作中存在的问题进行分析,旨在促进电力企业的发展。
With the progress of the times and the development of the society, the requirements of the enterprises on the quality of the employees’ work are gradually increasing. Human resources is the core of the work carried out by enterprises, the same is true of power companies. In the power engineering process, the quality of the staff can often determine the efficiency of electricity production. The recruitment of power company employees can directly determine the quality of the company’s human resources, occupy an important part of the work of the enterprise. Starting from the hiring and hiring of employees in electric power enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems in hiring and hiring work to promote the development of electric power enterprises.
