冲击钻成孔法虽然是历史悠久的钻孔方法,但较为系统地介绍该桩型施工工艺的文章还不多见,尤其是最近几年出现一些施工工艺的新突破,故本专题讲座主要阐述该桩型的施工工艺,供读者参考应用。基本原理冲击钻成孔施工法是钻机或卷扬机带动一定重量的冲击钻头,在一定的高度内使钻头提升,然后突放使钻头自由降落,利用冲击动能冲挤土层或破碎岩层形成桩孔,再用掏渣筒或泥浆循环方法将钻渣岩屑排出。每次冲击之后,冲击钻头在钢丝绳转向装置带动下转动一定的角度,从而使桩孔得到规则的圆形断面。
