齿轮泵结构简单,制造容易,其应用范围居各类液压泵之首。1986年上半年,根据国家经委的安排,机械工业部组织天津工程机械研究所,对全国生产中高压齿轮泵的工厂进行了质量抽查,共抽查10个单位的齿轮泵,按出厂试验标准进行检测,结果有七个单位不合格,这个比例数字是十分惊人的。为了提高我国齿轮泵的可靠性和使用寿命,愿提出一点个人浅见,供齿轮泵制造行业参考。据国内有关资料介绍,产品实际使用时的工作可靠度是产品的固有可靠度与使用可靠度的乘积。而固有可靠度又取决于产品的设计、材料、制造;使用可靠度则取决于产品的使用、保养、环境等。本文仅就齿轮泵固有可靠度中的一些共性问题进行讨论。
