目的:研究马兰化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备HPLC等多种色谱方法,根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从马兰中共分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴别为:α-菠菜甾醇(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、松柏醇(5)、伞形花内酯(6)、丁香脂素(7)、15-oxo-14,16H-strictic acid(8)、落叶松脂素(9)、(Z)-3,7,11-三甲基-1,6-十二烷二烯-3,10,11-三醇(10)、neoechinulin A(11)、松脂醇(12)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯丙烯(13)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯乙酮(14)。结论:除化合物1外,其余所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Malan. Methods: Various chromatographic methods such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to identify the structures of the compounds based on spectral data. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from Malan, which were identified as α-spinosad (1), dibutyl phthalate (2), (22E, 24R) -5α and 8α- (3), oleanolic acid (4), coniferyl alcohol (5), umbelliferone (6), syringaresinol (7), 15-oxo-14,16H (8), Larchone (9), (Z) -3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6-dodecadiene-3,10,11 -triol (10), neoechinulin A (11), pinoresinol (12), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzenepropane (13) and 3,4,5-trimethoxyacetophenone (14). Conclusion: All the compounds except for compound 1 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
