目的:探讨数字X线摄影(DR)和计算机X线摄影(CR)两大数字化摄影技术的临床应用价值、优势和发展、普及前景。设备和方法:从100例DR和CR摄影系统所摄得的正位胸片中,分析图像质量,统计受检者的照射剂量,比较在技术操作、图像质量控制与后处理技术、工作效率、医院效益,以及二者的外形、功能使用特点、机器质量、价格、售后服务等方面的优势。结果:DR和CR提高了图像质量,减低了被检者所受X线照射量,通过缩短检查和发报告的时间加快了工作效率,带来更高的效益,DR较之CR更具优势。结论:DR与CR相比DR图像质量、后处理功能、工作流程能力、病人吸收剂量均明显优于CR。
Objective: To explore the clinical value, advantages and development of digital radiography (DR) and computerized radiography (CR) digital radiography. Equipment and Methods: From 100 radiographs taken by DR and CR photography systems, the image quality was analyzed and the dose of the subject was counted. The comparison of technical operation, image quality control and post-processing techniques, work efficiency, Hospital benefits, as well as the appearance of both, features the use of features, machine quality, price, service and other advantages. Results: DR and CR improved the quality of images and reduced the amount of X-ray exposure. The inspection efficiency and the reporting time were shortened to speed up the work efficiency and bring more benefits. DR was more advantageous than CR. Conclusion: The image quality, post-processing, workflow and patient absorbed dose of DR are significantly better than CR in DR and CR.
