目的研究海狗油不饱和脂肪酸除主要药效以外的广泛药理作用;方法用小鼠观察海狗油不饱和脂肪酸对中枢神经系统的影响,用猫观察其对心血管系统和呼吸系统的影响;结果小鼠的外观行为和活动均无明显变化,对给予阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的小鼠入睡的数目,自主活动以及协调运动均无明显影响,以及麻醉猫血压,心率和心电图和呼吸的频率和深度也无明显影响;结论治疗剂量的海狗油不饱和脂肪酸不影响神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统。
Objective To study the extensive pharmacological effects of unsaturated fatty acids in seals except for their main effects; Methods Use mice to observe the effects of unsaturated fatty acids from the seals on the central nervous system and observe their effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in cats; There was no significant change in the appearance behavior and activity of mice, and there was no significant effect on the number of mice given sleep hypnotic doses of pentobarbital sodium, autonomic activity, and coordinated exercise, as well as blood pressure, heart rate, and electrocardiogram and respiration of anesthetized cats. Frequency and depth also had no significant effect; Conclusions The therapeutic dose of sea cucumber oil unsaturated fatty acids does not affect the nervous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system.
