市属各委、办、局,各区县人民政府:为了更好地贯彻党的“十六”大精神,落实市委、市政府做出的全面优化首都发展环境的决定,进一步促进政府职能转换,完善政府社会管理和公共服务职能,我们对涉及企业的行政事业性收费项目进行了清理。清理意见已经第10次市政府常务会审议原则通过。现将清理涉及企业的行政事业性收费的有关决定通知如下:一、取消39项(明细项目75项)涉及企业的行政事业性收费(见附表)。其中,受单位或个人自愿委托并签定委托协议书进行产品质量检验、计量考核、卫生防疫、动物及动物产品防疫检验、植物检疫、国内森林检疫等服务的单位和机构,按市物价局现行规定的收费项目、标准执行。

The relevant decisions regarding the removal of administrative fees related to enterprises are hereby notified as follows: 1. The cancellation of 39 items (75 items of detailed items) involves the administrative fees of enterprises (see attached table). Among them, the units and institutions voluntarily entrusted and signed by the unit or individual to conduct product quality inspection, measurement assessment, hygiene and epidemic prevention, animal and animal product epidemic prevention inspection, plant quarantine, and domestic forest quarantine services are currently in accordance with the current Municipal Price Bureau. The prescribed fee items and standards are implemented.
