基于基元理论阐述了可用于项目管理中的加减变量,基于系统思考的系统循环图工具提出了加减法基本模式,探讨了加减法在项目实施阶段管理上的应用。加减法适当、适度地应用到项目上,有利于项目“安、好、快、省”四个协调目标的实现,将提升项目投用投产后的相对优势。
Based on the primitive theory, this paper expounds the addition and subtraction variables that can be used in project management.
