1 一般资料 本组病人12例,男性7例,女性5例,最大年龄4岁,最小9个月,体重14～5.5公斤。麻醉至手术结束时间160～210分钟不等。 2 麻醉方法 2.1 麻醉前处理:(1)术前药:阿托品0.02毫克/公斤,安定0.03毫克/公斤;(2)手术前置入胃管用注射器吸除胃内液。 2.2 麻醉处理:(1)入手术室后,肌注氯胺酮4～5毫克/公斤,连续监测氧饱和度、心率、呼吸,面罩氧气吸入,保持呼吸道通畅,置左侧曲屈位;(2)按骶管穿刺常规消毒局部皮肤,7~#注射针头作骶裂孔穿
