日本东芝公司研制成功一种热轧带钢表面缺陷自动检测装置,该装置可以对温度在700℃左右、运行速度达1600米/分的宽带钢进行检查。它是利用高压水银灯照射热带钢表面,其反射光由采用光电二级管线性排列元件的摄影机接收,从而可检查出表面有异常之点。这种装置具有很高的检测功能,即使在非常恶劣的环境条件下,也可以检查出直径仅有2毫米的表面缺陷。
Japan’s Toshiba has successfully developed a hot-rolled strip surface defect automatic detection device that can temperature of about 700 ℃, the operating speed of 1,600 m / min broadband steel inspection. It is the use of high-pressure mercury lamp surface irradiation of tropical steel, the reflected light by the use of linear diode array of components of the camera to receive, which can check out the surface of abnormal points. This device has a high detection capability and can detect surface defects with a diameter of only 2 mm even under very harsh environmental conditions.
