对头季收获时母体的叶绿体色素的含量与品种再生力的强弱进行了相关性研究。结果表明 :( 1 )头季收获时 ,主茎、分蘖茎、茎鞘各部分叶绿体色素含量与再生芽数不存在相关性 ,但三者之和与再生芽存在一定程度的相关性。 ( 2 )头季收获时母体各部位叶绿素a总量、叶绿素a +b总量与再生芽数达显著负相关 ,其中以叶绿素a总量与再生芽数的双曲线相关为最大 ,回归方程为Y再生芽 =-1 3 .63 86+1 8.83 3 2 /X叶绿素a总量(R =0 .82 0 1 )。
The correlation between chlorophyll content of chloroplast and the strength of breed regeneration in the first season was studied. The results showed that: (1) At the time of harvesting in the first season, there was no correlation between the content of chloroplast pigment and the number of regenerated shoots in main stems, tillers and stems sheaths, but there was a certain degree of correlation between the sum of the three and regenerated shoots. (2) The total amount of chlorophyll a, the total amount of chlorophyll a + b and the number of regenerated buds were significantly and negatively correlated with the total amount of chlorophyll a and b during the first harvest. The hyperbolic correlation of the total amount of chlorophyll a and the number of regenerated buds was the largest. The regression equation was Y regeneration bud = -1 3 .63 86 + 1 8.83 3 2 / X Total chlorophyll a (R = 0.82 0 1).
