一.概况北京强度环境研究所研制的SZP—1型实时窄带频谱分析仪,其中FX—1型分析器使用上海元件五厂的5G713型动态移位寄存器作主存贮器。据厂方介绍,5G713为P沟、E/D型MOS数字集成电路,因为其倒相器用耗尽型MOS作为负载,在工作时对外负载近似以恒电流充电,所以与普通的E/E型MOS元件相比,具有输出幅度大,电源电压低,工作速度快(一般达1MHz以上)等优点。
I. Overview SZP-1 real-time narrow-band spectrum analyzer developed by Beijing Institute of Intensity and Environment, in which the FX-1 analyzer uses the 5G713 dynamic shift register of the Fifth Factory of Shanghai Component as the main memory. According to the manufacturer’s introduction, 5G713 is a P-channel, E / D MOS digital integrated circuit. Since its inverter uses depleted MOS as a load, its external load is approximately charged at a constant current during operation. Therefore, unlike the conventional E / E MOS components, compared with the output amplitude, low power supply voltage, fast (usually up to 1MHz above) and so on.
