目的分析家族遗传高血脂症患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与高脂血症的关系及临床应用价值。方法选取2014年9月1日-2015年10月31日本院住院或门诊患者500例高血脂症患者作为观察组,入选病例均存在家族遗传高血脂病史,另选同期健康体检的500例血脂正常人群作为对照组,对2组患者血清HCY含量、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油浓度等临床指标进行检验,并以此分析HCY水平和家族遗传高血脂症患者的临床关系。结果观察组血HCY、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清HCY含量与患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C浓度均存在水平正相关(r值分别为0.48、0.36、0.39,P均<0.01)。结论家族遗传高血脂症患者的HCY水平显著高于血脂正常人群,同时家族遗传高血脂患者的HCY水平与患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C浓度均呈正相关。由此可见,HCY会对家族遗传高血脂患者的病情发生与发展起到一定的诱发作用,临床中可将HCY的检测水平作为家族遗传性高血脂患者的辅助诊断依据。
Objective To analyze the relationship between homocysteine (HCY) levels and hyperlipidemia in family hyperlipidemia and its clinical value. Methods From September 1, 2014 to October 31, 2015, 500 patients with hyperlipidemia in hospital or outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the observation group. All patients were enrolled in the study. All patients were enrolled in the study. As the control group, the serum HCY levels, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglyceride concentrations were tested in two groups. This analysis of HCY levels and familial hyperlipidemia in patients with clinical relations. Results The levels of HCY, total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum HCY level and total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-C levels in the observation group (r = 0.48,0.36,0.39, P <0.01 respectively). Conclusions HCY levels in patients with familial hyperlipidemia are significantly higher than those with normal blood lipids. HCY levels in familial hyperlipidemia patients are positively correlated with total cholesterol, triglyceride, and LDL-C in patients with familial hyperlipidemia. Thus, HCY will play a role in inducing the occurrence and development of familial hyperlipidemia patients, and the detection of HCY can be used as the basis for the diagnosis of familial hyperlipidemia in clinic.
