目的:探讨不同类型热性惊厥儿童心肌酶谱的临床变化情况。方法:选取我院收治的急性上呼吸道感染引发的热性惊厥患儿126例,根据发热类型不同分为单一组(单纯型热性惊厥患儿)和复杂组(复杂型热性惊厥患儿)。两组均给予心肌酶谱检查。结果:两组天冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);复杂组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复杂组CK-MB的阳性率高于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热性惊厥可对心肌造成损伤,对心肌损伤更明显,CK-MB可作为检查心肌损伤的重要指标,特异性高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical changes of myocardial enzymes in children with different types of febrile seizures. Methods: Totally 126 children with febrile seizures caused by acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital were divided into single group (children with simple febrile seizures) and complicated group (children with complicated febrile seizures) according to the types of fever. . Both groups were given myocardial enzymes. Results: There was no significant difference in AST, CK and LDH between the two groups (P> 0.05).
