目的比较乳酸左氧氟沙星与头孢唑肟治疗急性水肿型胆源性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月至2016年6月中国医科大学附属盛京医院辽东湾分院收治的急性水肿型胆源性胰腺炎患者98例为研究对象,按随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予头孢唑肟治疗,观察组患者给予乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组患者的抗感染治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者各项临床症状缓解时间、炎症吸收时间、开放饮食时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血淀粉酶、血清尿素氮均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者尿肌酐比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性水肿型胆源性胰腺炎的抗感染治疗过程中,乳酸左氧氟沙星的疗效优于头孢唑肟,有利于缓解患者的各项临床症状和炎症因子,加速炎症吸收,促进患者生化指标恢复正常,且安全性高。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin lactate and ceftizoxime in the treatment of acute edematous biliary pancreatitis. Methods From May 2014 to June 2016, 98 cases of acute edematous biliary pancreatitis admitted to Liaodong Bay Branch of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were divided into control group and observation group according to random envelope method. 49 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment. The patients in the control group were given ceftizoxime on this basis. The patients in the observation group were treated with levofloxacin lactate. The anti-infection treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms of patients in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (all P <0.05), the time of remission, the time of opening up, the duration of hospitalization and the duration of hospitalization. The C-reactive protein, leukocyte count , Erythrocyte count, serum amylase and serum urea nitrogen were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in urinary creatinine between the two groups (P> 0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions in patients was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin lactate is superior to ceftizoxime in the anti-infective treatment of acute edematous biliary pancreatitis. It is beneficial to relieve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors, accelerate the absorption of inflammation and promote the return of normal biochemical indexes , And high security.
