目的:考察聚丙烯(PP)/多孔聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/PP复合驻极体的储电性能。方法:利用热融法将多孔PTFE、聚乙烯(PE)和PP制备成PP/多孔PTFE/PP复合膜驻极体,利用等效表面电位衰减和开路热刺激放电(TSD)电流谱方法研究PP/多孔PTFE/PP驻极体的电荷储存稳定性及其输运规律。结果:(1)热融过程改变了空间电荷在PP/多孔PTFE/PP驻极体内部各能阱中的分布比例,使PP/多孔PTFE/PP复合驻极体的电荷储存稳定性优于常温注极的PP驻极体;(2)PP/多孔PTFE/PP驻极体在高湿环境下仍具有良好的电荷储存稳定性。结论:PP/多孔PTFE/PP复合膜驻极体具有良好的电荷储电稳定性,可作为激励源用于促药物透皮吸收制剂的研制。
Objective: To investigate the electrical storage properties of polypropylene (PP) / porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) / PP composite electrets. METHODS: Porous PTFE, polyethylene (PE) and PP were prepared as PP / porous PTFE / PP composite membrane electrets by thermal melting method. The effects of surface potential reduction and open circuit thermal shock (TSD) Charge storage stability and transport of porous PTFE / PP electrets. Results: (1) The hot melt process changed the distribution ratio of space charge in each energy trap in PP / porous PTFE / PP electret, which made the charge storage stability of PP / porous PTFE / PP composite electret better than normal temperature Pole PP electret; (2) PP / Porous PTFE / PP electret in high humidity environment still has good charge storage stability. CONCLUSION: The PP / porous PTFE / PP composite membrane electret has good charge-storage stability and can be used as an excitation source in the development of drug-permeable transdermal absorption preparations.
