In the past year or two, we have studied Chairman Mao’s works with problems, solved many problems and started to taste the sweetness. As I stood before the flood season in 1964, there were many preparatory work projects: to repair the houses, construct a drinking fountain, a macro water meter, an elevated buoy, set a standard point, check rainfall stations, measure large sections and measure the zero elevation of water meters. Base piles, flag piles and more. At that time, there were only two people on the station.
