中国法学教育的特点是重理论、轻实践。为了弥补中国的法学教育不足,提高法学生实践创新能力,我国高校法学院引进了国外的法律诊所的教学模式,但在实践过程中出现了案源不足、经费不足、教务管理与学生时间冲突等问题,针对这些瓶颈,进一步探索相应对策,予以突破,以期能进一步推进我国高校法律诊所教育模式的完善。
The legal education in China is characterized by heavy theory and light practice. In order to make up for the lack of legal education in China and improve the ability of law students to practice and innovate, the law schools in our country introduced the teaching mode of legal clinics in foreign countries.
