Dear Editor,rnCarcinoid tumors have been described in a large range ofrnorgans, but they most commonly involve the gastrointestinal andrnbronchopulmonary systems.1 吀ese tumors of the testis are rare entityrncomprising <1% of all testis tumors and can arise as a metastasisrnfrom an extratesticular primary as a part of a teratoma or as primaryrntumor.2 Patients a昀ected by carcinoid tumors present symptoms ofrncarcinoid syndrome, such as diarrhea, 昀ushings, and bronchospasm.3rnWe report a 昀rst case described in scienti昀c literature of primaryrnbilateral synchronous testicular carcinoid tumor that does notrnassociated with carcinoid syndrome.
