“转位测量”不仅是角度计量的常用方法,也常用于检测精密仪器轴系的径向回转精度和高精度球(或轴)的圆度。本文介绍“反向”、“闭合等角转位”和“对称转位”等三种转位方法,列出对同一空气轴承回转精度的检测结果和分离出的工具球的圆度,工具球还在圆度仪上进行了检测,也一并参与比对。 1.反向法反向法为转位法中常用的一种,它只作一次转位,球与测头均相对于轴系转180°。求轴系精度时:
